It's a trek from the train station, which can be a hassle if you're unfamiliar with the area. And be prepared for the lack of dedicated parking. While finding a spot isn't impossible, it's not ideal either. The breakfast selection could use a bit more variety, and some stiff pillows may throw off your comfort during the night. Occasional noise from shared bathrooms could also interrupt your peace. Both the rooms and communal spaces felt a tad dated, and clearer instructions for the shared facilities would help new guests navigate better.

The location was exceptionally nice and perfect, really close to the City Centre, and eating places, in a lovely quiet area. The breakfast was well prepared and excellent with sausages, toast, orange juice, had everything you could want.

Here's the good and the not-so-good
The service was really good, with the owner going above and beyond for us! The cleanliness of the communal areas added to the pleasant atmosphere.
The shared bathroom setup may not suit everyone's preference. A few could find the bed firmness uncomfortable for sleeping.

Had a relaxing stay, the hotel is delightful.
The hotel had a central location and it was a minute walk from St Joseph's Catholic School.

The owner was helpful, even assisting with our luggage. The location is perfect for visiting the university, and the full english breakfast was a treat, served fresh each morning. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the comfortable living room.

Claudio was super friendly and even arranged a late check-in for me, making my stay smooth from the get-go. I loved relaxing in the cozy lounge and enjoyed a fantastic cooked breakfast that really hit the spot. The shared bathrooms were spotless, although it took a moment to get used to not having an en suite, but it didn’t ruin my experience at all! 😊

Really good cleanliness and a warm welcome. The shower was powerful and refreshing, particularly valuable for those with long hair. Breakfast featured tasty options, including organic pulled pork, a great touch. The absence of an en suite and occasional noise from shared facilities were minor drawbacks.
